CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Staci began working with Steve DeWolf, one of the founding partners of Bellinger & DeWolf, as a first year summer associate while attending law school.  She was attracted to the experience and progressive attitudes of the partners and the diversity of the Firm.

Staci joined Bellinger & DeWolf, LLP upon completion of law school.  Since then, she has managed a variety of litigation matters.  Her experience extends to all phases of litigation including pre-trial, settlement negotiations, trial, arbitration and appeal.  Staci's practice is concentrated in construction and real estate litigation, representing several national home builders, contractors and developers in contract, construction defect, land use, personal injury and lien subrogation claims.  She is an active member of the Dallas Bar’s Construction Law Section and currently serves as a Member on the Construction Law Section Council.

In addition to representing clients in litigation, Pirnar works to help companies avoid such litigation by outlining their alternatives and possible solutions. In that regard, she is experienced in drafting construction contracts, disclosures and work place procedures that help clients avoid litigation and put them in a better position should claims arise.

In recent years, Pirnar has expanded her practice to include mediation. She is a certified mediator and a volunteer with Dispute Mediation Service Inc. of Dallas County and previously served as a volunteer mediator for Dispute Resolution Services of Tarrant County, Texas.
