Todd Hixon has worked with Bellinger & DeWolf, LLP since its founding in 1996.  His practice is mainly devoted to trial work, litigation and helping clients avoid potential lawsuits.  In 2004, he became a Partner with the firm.

Todd has litigated cases in federal and state courts throughout Texas.  In addition, Todd has handled appeals to the Dallas Court of Appeals, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Federal Circuit and before the Texas Supreme Court.  Todd's experience also includes representation of clients in arbitration and FINRA proceedings.  Further, Todd has experience advising companies on employment law matters, including non-compete issues, and has drafted employment agreements and policy manuals on behalf of corporate clients.  Todd has also advised corporate boards and governmental entities regarding potential and pending litigation matters, including investigations into alleged employee misconduct.
