Lisa K. Fox is well-equipped to support entrepreneurs. She knows first-hand what business ownership entails, having been responsible for her own legal practice prior to joining the Firm, as well as having many years of experience creating, designing and forming new businesses.
Fox, who has more than 15 years of experience in working directly with entrepreneurs, enjoys helping her clients with a wide variety of services. She routinely assists her clients with issues related to business structure and governance, tax structure, employment issues, and asset protection.
"I find working with entrepreneurs very stimulating. I share their passion for what they do and for their achievement of success.”
Lisa Fox joined Bellinger & DeWolf, LLP in July of 2004 after having her own legal practice. What appealed to her most about joining the Firm was collaborating with her colleagues, each having brought something different to the table, to achieve a more powerful result.
Fox has seven years of strategic business planning and development experience, seven years of finance, banking and investment experience, and five years of estate, investment, retirement, risk management, financial and tax planning experience.
Fox previously worked as a financial planner for Merrill Lynch in downtown Dallas. Prior to Merrill Lynch, as Director of Product and Service Development for Thomson, Fox was responsible for making existing businesses profitable and for researching, designing, planning for and creating new product and service-based businesses.
She is licensed to practice law in Illinois and Texas. She also holds Series 7 and Series 66 securities licenses.
