Todd Hixon has worked with Steve DeWolf, a founding partner of Bellinger & DeWolf, since he was a summer associate in 1995. Todd concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial, professional liability litigation and employment-related litigation and disputes.
Todd has litigated cases in federal and state courts. In addition, Todd has handled appeals to the Dallas Court of Appeals, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Federal Circuit and before the Texas Supreme Court. Todd's experience also includes representation of clients in arbitration proceedings. In addition, Hixon has experience advising companies on employment law matters and has drafted employment agreements and policy manuals on behalf of corporate clients.
