Todd Hixon joined Ronquillo & DeWolf, LLP in 1995 as a law clerk, where Steve DeWolf, a founding partner of Bellinger & DeWolf, was also a named partner. Hixon concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial and professional liability litigation, and employment-related disputes.
Hixon has litigated cases in federal and state courts and related appeals to the Court of Appeals - Fifth District of Texas at Dallas, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and the Texas Supreme Court. His experience also includes representation of clients in arbitration proceedings. In addition, Hixon has experience advising companies on employment law matters and has drafted employment agreements and policy manuals on behalf of corporate clients.
Hixon was selected as a Texas Rising Star for 2004 by Texas Monthly magazine.
