Trey Ibsen joined Bellinger & DeWolf LLP because of the firm’s depth of experience and emphasis on real estate acquisitions and developments. Ibsen served as a legal clerk at Curney, Garcia, Farmer, Pickering & House, P.C. in San Antonio from 2004-2005, and at Stinnett, Thiebaud, & Remington LLP, in Dallas for the summer of 2004.
Ibsen routinely represents commercial real estate developers, owners, operators and investors in many aspects including: partnership and corporation formation; property conveyances and financing of commercial real estate related to raw land, apartments, retail, hotel/motel, office, subdivision and warehouse development; document drafting; and negotiating real estate related transactions. He also represents condominium and homeowners’ associations with regard to organizational formation and document drafting.
