Brian Mier genuinely strives to go the extra mile to get the job done for his clients. Integrity, commitment to excellence and being someone whom others can trust and always rely upon are important to him and how he views his role as an attorney.
“Although what we’re doing is very important, I try not to take myself too seriously. I also maintain a focus on the human element in my relationships with clients,” Mier says.
What sets Mier apart from other attorneys or firms with comparable capabilities is his desire to excel not only in the practice of law, but also in all aspects of his life. In Mier’s opinion, a well-rounded individual makes a better attorney.
“The Firm’s open door policy that is applicable to all employees fosters more candor and cohesiveness among team members and equates to better service and results for our clients. This is not common, based upon my experience with other law firms,” Mier commented.
Mier was previously an associate with a prominent Fort Worth law firm from 2001 until March 2004, where he worked as a transactional attorney with an emphasis on real estate, banking and corporate transactions. He joined Bellinger & DeWolf in 2004.
Mier was selected for inclusion in the Texas Super Lawyers® - Rising Stars Edition 2009, a designation reserved for no more than 2.5% of young Texas lawyers
