CLIENT SERVICE PHILOSOPHY

Focused on helping her clients make the best business and economic decisions, Pirnar strives to keep her clients out of litigation as much as possible yet recommends and employs aggressive approaches as often as necessary to address challenges.

“I try to treat my clients the way I would like to be treated. I want even the smallest of clients to know that they are a priority to me.”

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Staci Pirnar began working with Steve DeWolf, one of the founding partners of Bellinger & DeWolf, as a first year law clerk while attending law school in 1992. She was attracted to the experience and progressive attitudes of the partners and the diversity of the Firm.

Pirnar joined Bellinger & DeWolf, LLP full-time in 1995. Since then, she has managed litigation matters for both plaintiffs and defendants. Her experience extends to all phases of litigation including pre-trial, settlement negotiations, trial, arbitration and appeal. She concentrates her practice in construction and real estate litigation, representing several national home builders and developers in contact, construction defect, personal injury and subrogation claims.

In addition to representing clients in litigation, Pirnar works to help companies avoid such litigation by outlining their alternatives and possible solutions. In that regard, she is experienced in drafting construction contracts, disclosures and work place procedures that help clients avoid litigation and put them in a better position should claims arise.

In recent years, Pirnar has expanded her practice to include mediation. She is a certified mediator and a volunteer with Dispute Mediation Service Inc. of Dallas County and previously served as a volunteer mediator for Dispute Resolution Services of Tarrant County, Texas.
