CLIENT EXPERIENCE

Hilary Thomas was previously with the firm Kondos & Kondos Law Offices, in Richardson, Texas from January of 1997 to November of 2006 when she joined Bellinger & DeWolf, LLP.  Thomas oversaw a multi-million dollar real estate and business portfolio where she had the opportunity to handle many commercial and residential real estate transactions.  Thomas also acted as general counsel for many small to medium sized businesses and handled all related transactional matters.

Since joining Bellinger & DeWolf, LLP, Thomas has been involved in real estate transactions ranging from $1 million to $70 million in value.  She works various aspects of these
transactions including lot and land acquisition, development, leasing, management and financing.  She also acts as counsel for small to medium sized businesses handling their transactional needs including acquisitions, leasing, licensing, trademark applications and contract negotiation and preparation.
